Shaolin Temple Kung Fu Academy (or Shaolin Temple Tagou Wushu School) is located inside of the Mount Song Shaolin Tempel scenic area, Dengfeng City, Henan province, China, near the city of Zhengzhou, the academy not only provides students full room and board, but also ideal conditions to study kung fu in the Shaolin Temple.
Shaolin Temple Kung Fu Academy was founded in 1976, is the best and the biggest kung fu school in China. We teach students from around the world in all different styles of Chinese Martial Arts. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced martial artist, whether you want to stay for a month or a year – we kindly invite you to learn the traditional Kung Fu from our highly distinguished Shaolin Masters.
Learning Kung Fu requires diligent practice and dedication to the art. Although the word Kung Fu is often used to refer to Chinese martial arts, in its original meaning, Kung Fu (or gōngfu) can refer to any skill achieved through hard work and practice – martial arts, dancing, or even cooking. The key to good kung fu skills therefore lies in hard work and plenty of practice.
All of our students are trained by the authentic Shaolin Masters from the original Shaolin Temple, level 1 national martial arts instructor, or other highly qualified martial artists with excellent teaching ability, personality and experience. The traditional training methods optimized for foreigners, students train in small groups for max 10 students / group, Scientific training time for 5.5 days a week and more than 6 hours a day.

All the styles of Chinese Kung Fu are part of our weekly training schedule. However, some of them are offered in optional classes, but all of them can be trained full-time if you wish to. .
